Landscape lens for Canon

Thinking of purchasing a lens for Canon 7D mark II, meant to handle more than just a casual landscape photography. When traveling, I usually carry EF 70-300 4-5,6 IS USM and Tamron 17-50 2.8. The Tamron lense has a blur problem on the upper left corner, but I am no longer in a situation to return it. That's why I need to purchase an alternative lens now, which should be preferably good also for some indoor pictures at low light.
Reading good review about Canon 15-85 3,5-5,6 IS USM, but price exceeds slightly my budget and lens doesn't seem too good for pictures at low light. Any other suggestions from the Canon portfolio, or maybe Sigma and Tamron? Wider range xx-50mm or more is preferable (probably not reaching 135mm though, unless the quality of this super zoom is really superb).

Thank you in advance.
