Amazon is just about the most hassle free retailer out there, overall, but when it comes to faulty or defective stuff B&H is really on the ball. They'll send out cross shipped (advanced) replacements and whatnot, at least in my experience with a 12-35 that had a bad zoom action (one of the few lenses I've ever replaced and it wasn't even purchased for me).
