I will go on a four weeks vacation to the West Coast of the USA. We will start in LA and go to Vegas next, and then counter clock wise via a significant number of national parks to San Fransisco and then via the coastline back to LA. Looking forward to it!

I have a XT1 with the following lenses:

23/1.4; 56/1.2; 16-55/2.8 and 50-140/2.8.

I was thinking of also buying a 10-24/f4, but what is holding me back is that outside of the holidays, I don't feel the need for wide angle that much.

My question is, which lenses do you recommend me to take with me to capture the scenery? And would you still recommend me to get the 10-24?

The nice thing about the 16-55 is that extra 2mm makes a difference if you decide not to get a wider lens.   For me personally though I would want something wider and the 10-24 is the most versatile.   I would recommend looking at Flickr, finding the images that appeal to you and then see what lens was used.    There is a Fuji X-T1 Landscapes group on Flickr that might also help.
