Would you offer some X100T vs X-Pro 2 advice for my needs please

Hey,

I'm looking to get a camera, either the X100T or the X-Pro 2 and am trying to weigh up which to get.

My needs are that I will be shooting predominantly 35mm focal length (equivalent), perhaps 28mm or 50mm but I want to stick to 'one' as much as I can.

I'll be shooting portraits, environmental portraits etc - basically shots of people.

I want to stick to one focal length to really learn it and develop an aesthetic. I like photographers like Araki, who is generally a 35/50mm guy, and other people like Juergen Teller who sticks to 35mm. (Please google them to see their work, but be warned NSFW)

The X100T appears initially because it's 35mm and you have the convertors to go to 28/50. From my 'keep it simple' approach this seems to work well.

The XPro2 appeals because of some of it's pro features, no pun intended. The dual card slots, slighter higher resolution (not necessary but good for a bit of cropping if I'm keeping to one focal length), the potential for changing lenses if I want to down the line etc.

The positive to each is also it's (potential) negative - i.e. the X100T's limitations or the X-Pro2's extra size/weight (esp w/the 23 1.4).

What would you suggest I do? I'm sure both will be fine, it's ultimately no big deal, naturally I'm just looking to be smart about it.

Thanks!
