Panasonic FZ1000, Sony RX100, Canon G3X and Nikon DL24-500 great bridge cameras occurred on the maket.
I wonder why Samsung nis not present in this class?
In the pas they offered Pro815 with nice lens S&K.
I tried a little FZ1000 in the shop - it seems very useful camera very large viewfinder - much larger than in my NX300 25-400 F2,8-F4 lens very quick AF - not crazy price - for me great tool for holidays and with NX30 + pancakes great combo for every situation - FZ100 during the day and NX in the evenings or darker insides.
Great pros of FZ1000 and other is possibility of using flash synchro on 1/1000s (central shutter) - I have some problems with NX30 limit 1/200s in sunny days - F11-16 necessary to avoid of overblown areas but than flash light not strong enough for fill light (I am using small Metz 26-AF-1 for compact size reason..
OK what is not OK is only 400 mm range - 600 mm as we can gest from Sony or Canon could be also welcome there is not perfect camera still.
Sony RX10 mk3 seems great but its AF is not so quick as Panasonic.
The same Canon and no viewfinder is big cons.
Nikon still not present in the shops we will se what class it is.
Except Panasonic all cameras are very expensivy Sony price is crazy.
That's why I thought about Samsung camera in this class - it could be NX mini in NX30 shape with large viewfinder 1" 24 ISOCELL sensor, DP AF , and lens 20-600/F2,4-F4,5 from S&K ...
I am sure that Canon or Nikon never will make such camera - simply reason not to make their own products to strong competition.
What do you think?
Samsung does not even list cameras on their product drop downs anymore at their web page. Wait for A6300 price to drop if you like ILC. I still have my NX1 & it is still going strong.
