Re: 750D 760d T6i T6s - One Way to Connect EOS Utility Over Wifi

I have now tested this and it works.

My 760D is connected to a USB port Raspberry Pi which is running VirtualHere USB Server software. On the PC, running the VirtualHere Windows Client, the EOS Utility connects to what it sees as a local USB port (on the Windows 10 PC) which is actually a USB port on the Raspberry PI.

One important tip, WiFi must be turned OFF on the camera before it will connect via USB. This cost me a couple of hours and an unnecessary new USB cable.

The cost in Australian dollars is about AUD$130, including the hardware a VirtualHere licence.
