It's camera shake.  It's pretty obvious by looking at your settings.  You have to keep in mind this general rule about shutter speed and focal length when trying to hand-hold a shot.

You need     1/(focal length x 1.6)  shutter speed to avoid camera shake while hand-holding a shot.

For example, your shot here had a 33mm focal length.  So 1/(33 x 1.6) is 1/52.8.  So maybe you would need a shutter speed of 1/50 or higher.  Your shot here was about 1/3 of a second.

To achieve this faster shutter speed you can either open up the aperture or raise the ISO.

You definitely need to learn the     shutter speed, ISO, aperture triangle and how they interact.  I suggest the David Busch book specific to your camera.
