That's a good question. I think that dual battery and dual card in the grip would cause more people to buy and to pay more as well. I'd say $399-499 for a grip like that.

But that's why modular grip side would be excellent. A slim down kit grip. A $199 dual battery grip, and a $499 dual battery dual card + mic/headphone socket grip. Go light when you want to, bulk up when you need to. Earn users with professional needs. It's kindof like what Panasonic did with it's video grip. It was really really expensive though--and aimed at industry.
