First lens after 18-55mm

Hi,

I am considering buying a second lens for my Fuji X-E2, after having got the 18-55 deal from Adorama. Now, I actually caught the 35/2 deal as well, but I am considering returning it, and maybe getting the 27, 50-230 or a Rokinon wide. Here is my thinking:

The size of the 35mm feels just right in the hand, having come from shooting mostly with the Panasonic 20mm on an E-M5. However, I also never had a good zoom for my Olympus and have never gotten used to shooting with zooms. After I get used to the 18-55, I think the difference between the 35 and the 18-55 at 35 will be negligible except in very low light (th IS will help me get down to lower shutter speeds). For portraits, I have a few Rokkors at 45mm and up, so I don't need the bokeh of the 35.

However, I do have a limited budget for a second lens -- around $400. I am mulling the 27mm or the 50-230, but I am also eyeing the reasonably priced Rokinon wides. Do you have any recommendations?

Alternatively, I can sell the 18-55 and get a more expensive prime instead. Or, I can just keep the money in my pocket and try to get the most out of the 18-55.

As for my shooting, I like shooting landscapes (18mm on the zoom was a revelation), architecture, portraits (Rokkors do really well here, just got some 12x18 B&Ws, very nice) and family photos. I never had the courage to do genuine street photography. Any advice would be appreciated. How do you think when you are making lens choices on a limited budget?
