It is not clear to me why you are considering Oly E-P5 if all of the lenses you listed are Panasonic and you say yourself that Pany 15 mm could be used with aperture ring only on Panasonic bodies. Should you not be looking into Panasonic cameras instead? Like new GX85 with its dual IS? That would just make more sense to me.
Also, do you really want Fuji 16 mm? Pany 15 mm is much closer in field view to Fuji 23 mm/1.4. Seems like you may want to consider it instead.
What is your current m4/3 set-up? Do you already have anything of what you want?
I have the EP5 currently as well as the 12mm 2.0, 17mm 1.8, and Pany 45 2.8. I enjoy closeups quite a bit and it seems as if the Pany and Fuji should be close in that regard. I shoot landscapes, but not always very wide. I know the Pany 25mm 1.4 is one of the best micro four thirds lenses, and I love the aperture ring of the 15 mm for a future camera body, so I could replace the 12mm and the 17mm with the 15mm and probably not miss either lens. I don't believe in buying a body right away, I always wait for quite a price drop. You are talking to an accountant here. haha
15 mm can replace 17 mm but not 12 mm. If you don't care for 12 mm, then why would you want Fuji 16 mm? It has the same field of view.
You have a good set-up already. Why are you considering Fuji?
