So does anyone know how heavy the X-Pro2 & 16mm f1.4 combo is? Will it be too heavy for daily use? Or should I just go for the 14mm instead?

Both won't be pocketable With the 18mm F2 could be.

Too heavy for daily use, well that depends how strong your body is and how many things you will be carrying at the same time. It will be 495+375 grams = 870 g.

I've carried succesfully a Canon EOS 5D with Tokina 16-28mm for daily walks, that's about 1800 g hanging there, so your mileage may vary. But it wasn't always pleasant.

Remarkably, if you carry a light body, your perception of what is heavy shifts. An X-T1 with 16mm lens starts to feel a bit front-heavy, so perhaps I should get myself the grip, which makes it a little heavier but probably more comfortable.

In the end it makes quite a difference if you carry the combination XF 16+23+56 (1080 g) or 14+18+27+50-230 (806 g - lighter than my Tokina 16-28mm ) for example, The system can be as light or as heavy as you wish...
