well all the canon DSLRs use some form of compression to shoehorn the data from the sensor into the removable media. The T6S use more compression than the 70D, 80D, 7D MKII, 6D etc. Even the T2i which I owned before the T6S had less compressy video.

AS far as pixel binning vs subsampling vs ? I haven't run across any information on that.

I'm more concerned with the least compressed video, which is going to mean wider bandwidth.

I've gone out and bought a 6D and the video is much better. ALL-I vs IPB makes a significant improvement in shadows, detail and color. I also now have access to ML, which hasn't been ported to the 760D yet.
