Advice on cheapest X Series move from m43

I'm currently down the same road as you, only just a little bit ahead: I just bought a used X-E1 at ebay for less than $190 and a rainbowimaging.biz Nikon to Fuji dumb adapter for my current pre-AF Nikkors, I also bought a used 24mm f/2.8 Ai Nikkor for less than $100 to get a 35mm equivalent FOV lens. Was on the sidelines for a couple of weeks getting a feel on where prices on the X-E1 and X-PRO1 were: the X-E1 is currently at about half the price of the X-PRO1. Wanted to go the cheapest way into the system for the same reasons you have as I already had a taste of Fuji colors and sharpness and the rangefinder shooting style from buying an also used X10. Did fancy the X-PRO1's OVF but that won't work with MF lenses, so the X-E1's twice higher EVF resolution should be more helpful than the X-PRO1's. All the equipment should arrive next week, will see if it all works out for me, but I posted about my plans here and there are quite some few out there who have already done quite well with similar outfits, take a read here:
