Now MAYBE the different design with the protrusions has been done to give more grip as they've had complaints, but on the other hand, the design on my model actually provides more surface area to grip the cards - as its gripping all the way around and not just on the protrusions. because you can see a gap all the way around (on Martins) which isn't there on mine.

I think I'm going to have to get a piece of compressible foam that goes in the middle, because the cards falling out all the time is a real PITA. This is with car and aircraft travel though.

The cards go in pretty tight. You mostly need to pry them out with a fingernail. However when the thing is getting bumped around in transit, some of the cards still manage to fall out no matter how carefully I make sure they are initially inserted.

I also have subsequently seen some comments from other customers (on US Amazon?) complaining of the same thing.

Now its possible they have refined the design since I bought mine, but as this was only in March of this year ......

Well, that's kind of an organizational issue.

Indeed. However the point I'm trying to make is that having full and empty cards together on a paid for shoot where there is any possibility whatsoever of human error getting them mixed up is bad. Very bad. I'm trying to give you advice here from someone who's been there and done it! I would seriously rethink your strategy.
