Took 16 years to go digital.

After briefly owning an Olympus C-3000 back in 2000 I did not see a digital camera that I really liked until the X-Pro2. After I saw this announced + 35mm F2 combo I fell in love.

Everything is so intuitive and the sensor is amazing. Finally a camera I can shoot JPG and not worry about messing with a picture in post (aside from maybe crop/leveling).

Build quality is great and all of the controls are easily accessed with buttons/switches. I've been using this with the screen off, the EVF/OVF to compose, and then shooting. Simple! So in my case battery life has been ridiculous

Not everything is perfect, but the X-Pro2 is about as close as we've gotten so far, for me personally.

I like the camera so much I bought lots of FUJIY stock shares the day after I got my camera. These guys are really listening to user feedback and that's a sign of a smart business.
