Snapbridge with D500

Not sure if this is where I should open the thread.

Anyway, I try to use Snapbridge to connect my phone (Sony Z5) with my new D500.

When I opened the bluetooth, it can tell the camera is nearby (from the Android Bluetooth Setting Menu), but I cannot pair with it there as it can only be connected via Snapbridge.

I then did everything according to the manual, the Snapbridge can never detect the D500 via Bluetooth.

I then try to pair it up with NFC, it can be paired up right away, but when it gets to the bluetooth part, the phone and the camera can never connect.

My phone's bluetooth is working fine, I can pair it up with other devices, just that when it has to pair up with Snapbridge, it fails.

I don't think it's the problem with my camera either as I tries to connect it with a Samsung Note 3 or 4. It just works...

Can anyone help?

I am using Sony Z5, but it's an Android 6.0...I don't know if that's the cause of pair up failure
