To clear things up I was thanking both of them. I did appreciate the c&c but when i read it i was on my phone and for some reason it wouldent let me type so i couldn't reply then i fergot.

When all we can see are a few words flashing across a monitor it's harder to gauge someones meaning at times, so give others the benefit of the doubt. This would also help to avoiding appearing thin-skinned and foolish and save the trouble of offering the required apologies when you are shown to be in the wrong.

In all the years on this forum I have never 'spoken on the behalf' of someone.

The OP seemed to not know how to post politely.
