Are you implying that people might think an f4 FF equivalent lens is not any good?

Most prosumer FF lens are f4(cannon L, Sony Zeiss, Nikon ED...) so it only makes sense that the prosumer equivalent in APS-C would be around f2.8.

I don't think everyone appreciates how fast FF f/2.8 really is. Its about the equivalent to f1.8 on APS-C witch is FAST!
