I would not. Been using FastStone Image Viewer for years namely for its namesake "Image Viewer" and its batch tools.

For a "free" app its image editing tools are "OK". But inferior to a photo imaging software like Photoshop Elements. FSIV (unlike Picasa and others) has no WB tool, and its "Adjust Colors" adjustments are the basics, to get the best overall all image color adjustment one needs to take the time to learn how to use the "Adjust Curves".

For a free app solution to convert/ PP RAW images RawTherapee be a FAR better option than FSIV.
