EM1 Mark II: what can we expect in terms of sensor technology?

Hello,

I was wondering what can be expected in terms of sensor technology for the upcoming EM1 Mark II. Why I'm asking? I have a semi-professional practice of photography. I used to have two systems but last year sold all my Pentax equipment and bought a 12-40 and a GX7 because I didn't want to stay in a sinking boat (the K1 has been announced since then, so maybe I was wrong but that's another story). Now I have quite a few lenses but no camera body I really feel comfortable with in terms of ergonomics. I was considering going for a full frame body, because I think m43 and full frame do complement each other. However, now that I have a non-photography related full time job, I cannot justify buying in a full frame system anymore. Besides, given the lenses I have, what makes sense if I'm dissatisfied with my current camera bodies is to change camera body, not sensor.

I'm this close to buying an EM1, but I know that the Mark II is just around the corner (Photokina 2016 in September). Looks like m43 sensors are about to peak in terms of dynamic range and high iso capabilities, and indeed the GX8 and the Pen-F don't seem to have been bringing much except 4 million more pixels and barely half a stop maybe. So I'm on the fence. I don't NEED a new body immediately, but soon would be nice. What can we expect from the upcoming EM1 Mark II in terms of sensor technology? Anything better than the GX8 or Pen-F? Would love to gain 1 EV. I heard about organic sensors but they seem to be much further in the future right?

Looking forward to reading your answers.
