I have a feeling as many people actually need full frame as need massive SUVs and a similar thought process goes in to acquiring them. I am not against full frame but it is certainly of no interest to me and I cannot see any point in comparing the formats unless you are actively thinking of switching formats which I do not think the OP is. He is worried that his lens has been misdescribed which it is not.
