Don't forget that this is for sensors of the same quantum efficiency though.  It can take some digging to find the QE for two given cameras.   Usually APS-C will get better sensors before FF because it's easier to get good yield at that size, so I wouldn't expect things be quite so bad for the NX1 unless the FF you were eyeing is quite recent.  The A7S I know did have an outstanding QE though, and likely the following A7SII (they made some other sacrifices to get there though, resolution).   If you were looking towards Canon only the 1DXII with their newest and best FF sensor is likely to get nearest the full 2.25 stops from their cameras.  I would guess that a typical difference between APSC and FF in practice is between 1.5 and 2 stops in general, that's totally just a guess though.
