I'm looking to buy a handheld stabilizer such as a steadicam. But as you probably know, the prices on these is quite high especially for a first.

I found the company Neewer which makes what looks like similar products but sells them much cheaper. Does anyone have any experience with their products, can you trust them e.t.c?

I'm looking to buy this version http://www.neewer.com/imaging-products/dslr-video-supports-rigs/10084774.html for my 5D.

I have a Neewer flash, softbox, AF extension tubes and maybe some other smaller accessories. The flash is a Godox, the AF tubes were Meike. I think all their components are just a re-brand of another modestly priced accessory, the same as Cowboy Studios or Promaster.

I haven't had any problems with their products, especially taking the price into account.

Most of their products are fine. One of their gimbal heads is known to have some QC issues that are repairable by the user.

However, they do occasionally have catastrophic failures, such as http://www.amazon.com/Neewer-Electronic-Auto-focus-Auto-exposure-Auto-aperture/dp/B016W8RAZ6
