Replacing primes...

Hello,

I have read some threads on this but I would like a fresh opinion.

Me thinking out loud as I write this....

Currently I have: Fuji XT1, X100T, 56mm, and 50-140mm.

I was wondering if I could sell my x100T and benefit in buying the 16-55mm. I thought I would use the leaf shutter more and enjoy having another body but I don't- It actually made things more complicated because not only did I have to choose a focal length but which camera to bring.  I really enjoy having the option of reach with my 50-140mm and I like having the 56mm for it's 1.2.  I think the 16-55mm would really fill in the rest.

What I shoot: It's not really what I like to shoot but I do like a good bokeh whether it be a flower, plant, bird, people, or anything in between.

I don't like to carry the 50-140mm around because it's a bit too large... not heavy but size wise it's too big.

Would I need the 56mm? I am not a professional and I think with portraits the 16-55mm would be plenty. Maybe I could get the 35mm f2 as a really light walk around lens?

just some thoughts wanting your opinion.
