Sony A6300 vs Canon 80D - Video Sharpness Test

Looks like it is not straight 1080p vs 1080p. Sony looks like showing more detailed and sharp. But it is overexposed and too saturated. Lemons turned into green bulbs. Flowers are like red paste. Other hand Canon is less detailed, under exposed, soft and shallow.

I would like to see straight 1080p comparison between a6300, 80d and D7200. 80D seems to be same as 70d without much improvement. That is more saddest part than not providing 4k. We have to wait for detailed tests.

What lenses did he use on each camera. I can see in some scenes that the a6300 has more depth of field than the Canon shot. If he is just using kit lenses than that can skew the results. The lenses should at least be at the same f-stop.

I have to laugh sometimes seeing these comparisons. I remember getting my first camcorder........ as big as a cereal box, with recordings we thought were a miracle, weighed like 12 pounds! What these cameras are capable of now is just awesome, either one will preserve memories for this generation that will make it feel like your back in that exact moment and place. Just pretty damn cool compared to the fuzzy, grainy, washed out vhs stuff we started with, and the sound.........lol thats another story.
