4k Video with terrible rolling shutter in Panasonic G7?

I'm two months birding with my G7 now, and press the video button three or four times during each outing of 200-500 still images.

I shoot stills primarily in Program mode, or in "4K Medium JPG" assigned to my C3 custom mode. For both of these modes, I have 4k30 MP4 format set for the video button.

Today I was in my 4K Medium JPG mode and between two stills, (both at 364mm EFL 1/400 f/5.6 ISO 200), I pressed the red video button to capture a common grackle dancing like a South American bird of paradise.

The 11 seconds of hand-held video is totally ruined due to rolling shutter effect that I have not seen before in my videos.

Is this a known issue?  I have not noticed this problem in my prior video segments.
