A great travel camera

I love the SL1 as a small, lightweight solution. None of the Canon mirror-less options suited me - a good viewfinder is essential: for when the ambient light is very high, for shooting in a dark location without being noticed), and to use my face as a stabilizing point when shooting at very low shutter speeds. I really hope that Canon don't drop this line of bodies, but comes out with a mini 80D to replace the SL1 (improved sensor, improved focusing speed/options, and ideally making the EC button more convenient).

For lenses, I've been tempted by the EF-S, or EF pancake lenses, but I use a zoom a lot, and will be trying the 18-135 on some upcoming trips (I've used the 18-55 and 55-250 combination in the past).
