Really nice.

Have you ever tried mirror lenses like Rokinon 800 mm or Opteka for this? I have heard they are really good for Moon photography, but what about galaxies or nebulae?

Do you have any idea whether those will work? I do realize that you need a tracker for getting images like these without star-streak.

Wonderful shots though. All the very best.

Mirror lenses are not sharp enough and the one in your link is f8 which is not something you'd want for deep sky imaging. You should look for something around f5 or faster. Even at f5 you'll have to take 30 seconds to 10 mins shots depending on the subject, generally its around at least 5 mins apart from the Orion Nebula.
