I agree with your conclusions. These days I tend to take the 12-35 and 35-100 when shooting landscapes etc where the weather sealing is crucial, and for low-light action where I need fast zooms. For travel (cities etc) I'm more likely to take my three primes (Zuiko 12, 25, 60 macro) plus the 14-140 mk2 for situations where other focal lengths are needed or lens-swapping is impractical. The 14-140 mk2 is in my view a fully acceptable lens, very much better than the first version and most, if not all, superzooms.
