Do you have to shoot 29.97fps for TV or can you shoot 60fps?  Either way like Tedbragg said pretty much any lens stopped down a stop or so all the way to f8 is going to give you optimal quality even with the lowest rated lens in the system.    What I would do so go check your old TV cameras and match the settings to the GH4, don't forget to correct for crop factor as usually old studio cameras have much smaller sensors and ISO on video cameras is called gain.  This way you have a starting point and can adjust from there.
