Wow! Wonderful photographs.

I have always thought that 3 focal lengths is, or can be, enough.  You have demonstrated that.

Hi,

I've been using the X100T with WCL and TCL exclusively since about the time it came out.

In my opinion it makes an excellent travel camera. I've actually found having only 3 focal lengths liberating, you just have to accept that you're not going to be able to get those telephoto shots or super-wide compositions.

As others have noted, swapping the converters can sometime be a bit fiddly - especially with cold hands and/or gloves. My approach has therefore been to choose a focal length for the day, or at least a reasonable chunk of it, and stick with it. My choice as normally been made as follows:

Mainly Landscapes - WCL

General Photography - No Adaptor

Mainly People - TCL

This approach has worked well for me and avoided repeated swap overs of the adaptors. I tend to keep everything in a Domke F-5XB, with some room to spare (an Instax printer fits as well, which makes a great ice-breaker for travel photos). Print quality is excellent up to at least 24"x16", so nothing to worry about there.

Some of my favourite landscapes below. These are all processed in Capture One.

Hope this helps,
