Using GH4s in tv studio, sweet spot for fstop and lenses?

I'm the assistant producer at a small tv studio in Houston. We're waiting for our GH4s to arrive that will replace the old-gen studio cameras. Most video cameras and camcorders have a 'sweetspot' for best sharpness and performance -- on our old gear it was f4 to f7.

We have fantastic lighting, so faster lenses may be nice but not practical.

Does the GH4 have a 'best of' setting for working under bright lights? My idea was to set ISO to its minimum and iris down. But that doesn't always work for everything.
