Another round of thanks :)

Thank you and beautiful photo - the Fuji system is very nice from the image quality over (now) the gear options and as far as I can tell the user interface is also really nice. I'm impressed with modern JPEGs and how far one can push them, but I find Lightroom's workflow with RAWs (and JPEGs and mixed sources actually) very simple. The K-1 files are going to be quite a bit larger than the A850's, so that's my only concern at the time. Processing the 36MP DNG's seems very comparable to the compressed 24MP ARWs, though, which surprised me.

Thank you!

Thank you - it is nice that the K-1 offers both that kind of classic experience, but offers a lot of modern goodies. I was considering the A99 and even the FF IBIS A7 (I cannot remember all their acronyms, TBH). And you know, in another 5 or 6 years, maybe I will go with only an electronic viewfinder on my main camera. For now, an optical viewfinder with live view is my sweet spot, I reckon. Also, the sort of travel zoom I would be after isn't available on Sony's e-mount (yet?)
Agree wrt the AF/MF button, I thought it was just my weird mode of operation, but apparently not!

True - of course the A850 is the very-slightly-lessened version of the previous A900.
