The Hejnar plate and L-plate look good. What concerns me is the torque that the plate can potentially put on the screw. Yes, relax  I have not observed any damage or looseness from use over time. I think that a long and heavy lens will create a lot more torque on the mount screw than what is going on with the L-part of the bracket. Also, I'm trying to envision what application would in fact cause the base plate to twist away from the bottom of the camera.
