K-1, K-3 II and some thoughts

I am a Canon/Sony user but always respected Pentax. In the past I have used  Pentax K-20, K-5 and had the opportunity to own the '3 amigos' (Pentax Limied). However, I am in the process of shutting down my photography  related business (it is a part-time job for me) due to the requirement to have extra commitment on my main job (hey, I need to feed the family first !!). Since I do not want to leave the world of photography (it is still in my heart) and looking for some opinions/suggestions.

My plan is to have 1 camera, lens (zoom) and a prime (50 or 85mm range). With the introduction of Pentax K-1, I am thinking of the following options

1) Pentax K-3 II, Pentax 16-85mm and Pentax 43mm F1.9

2) Pentax K-1, Pentax 28-105mm and Pentax 50mm F1.4 lens

My budget is around $2500-$2700 (max). If I choose the first option, I will be spending around $1703 and if I choose the second option, I will be spending  around $2650.

My primary use would be family photos, occasional landscape, some street and some family events. I do have a Yongnuo manual flash and I would be using it.

My question is whether K-1 with the 'kit lens' (though it is not labeled as a kit lens) is worth at least $1000 more than the K-3 II lens combo? Especially for the use that I am planning? Please note that I would not be using this for any professional work.

Your comments/suggestions are greatly appreciated.
