AFIK, Only Micro Four Thirds meets this criteria
2

"There should be at least 2 cameras, one pocketable (like E-PM2) and one high-performance ergonomic camera (like E-M1)"

And the lens availability issues STILL favors m43s over the others in most cases

It's pretty easy to feel envy over another man's horse, and cameras are a lot like horses.  But lots of times the horse that serves you well, who knows what you want and how you want it, gets thrown over for a beautiful horse that knows nothing about you and whose personality simply is incompatible with yours.

Ask yourself, what new functionality do I need, and have lost photo opportunities over that I am not getting with my current camera?  Your answer to THAT question should tell you if m43s is right for your needs.
