Why do you want anyone else's thoughts on what kind of system you need? Only you know the answer to that. Different strokes for different folks.

As for myself, I can't begin to utilize all the benefits the current m4:3 systems offers. I doubt there are many users who can. Other systems offer other features or benefits that may or may not be better than what m4:3 offers. If those suit you better, then switch. One thing I can tell you is that every time you switch, you are going to shed a lot of money. The camera makers love folks like that.

And I get to pick up some good used stuff that didn't get used much because the photographer wasn't happy with the system.
