Hey Andre,

I use the 200/2 from the house (I rarely shoot from the wings). It's useful for solo and pas work in ballet from mid house and given it's sharp wide open AND contrasty (the latter being far more important for dance work at high ISO - let's not kid ourselves, we're not ever going to be stressing the 40 lp/mm end of an MTF graph at ISO 6400) and gives me that extra aperture to keep the shutter speed up, it's a win win, except for my arms. I used that thing for all of Swan Lake once and thought I'd need to buy new arms afterwards

The 85/1.8G is a "grouping" lens, and the 70-200 is if I need zoom flexibility. Honestly I could shoot about anything with the 85 & 200 prime combination and do quite well - the zoom is just a bonus.

I don't shoot as much of it these days as in the past, but every once in a while. I prefer to work in the more controlled environments of the studio these days.
