Why no fine ISO increments T6S

I don't understand why Canon will not allow finer increments in ISO when set manually. Only full stops. I know Auto allows 1/3 stops but not manually.

What is the big deal. Is Nikon the same way with the lower models.

I have the 600D T3i and it has Magic Lantern and its so nice to be able to set the ISO to 160/320/640/1200 and so on....

My Panasonic Gx8 also allows this. I use it all the time on my 6D so since the T6S is a mini 70d why not allow it.

I would love to  upgrade from my T3i but I really use the finer ISO increments and Magic Lantern is not available on the T6S model.
