Upgrading advice!

I am in a predicament regarding my next purchase. I really want to take the step to FX (I shoot Nikon). However, I only just recently (last summer) bought a d7100. If I were to buy an FX body, I would feel as though I was spending too much on bodies and not glass. I am in dire need of a proper wide angle, as I use a 35mm f/2 and a 80-200 f/2.8 on my DX body. When I shoot, it feels very cramped with the 35mm because of the cropped sensor. Should I invest in wide angle glass that would would be normal zoom on a DX but be a good wide angle investment when I switch to FX? Or should I go ahead and step up to an FX body? I do not have the funds to do both at the moment. Whichever choice I go with, I would not be able to make another large purchase for some time. I shoot mainly sports and portraits, but there are frequently times where I want to shoot wider.

Lenses I have been looking at include: 24-70 2.8, 17-35 2.8, 16-35 4

Body I would upgrade to: d600 or d610
