Any workaround for non-tilty EVF if I can't bend my knees?
1

I'm new to photography and only take random street photos with GX7 on the way to work and back home. I have knee problems which makes me hard to bend, since I'm 1.89m tall and I often need to lower my camera for candid photos, I rely heavily on the tilt EVF of GX7. Seeing the releases of newer models, including E-M5 ii as well as Pen F, I realised my knee problem has limited the range of cameras I can choose.

I know GX8 has a tilty EVF and it's better than the one on my GX7, but the size is not as handy as my GX7, plus the 360 degrees flip out screen (including the one on E-M5 ii) makes me too obvious on street; I know there are external EVF that can tilt, but I sometimes need to use hotshoe flash, and most of the time, in order to make me less serious on street, I put a decoration toy on it:

So the question is, is there any workaround for camera with non-tilty EVF, that allows me to use my camera in a lower position while still see through the view finder? I don't have to get another camera now but just a general thinking that am I limited by EVF forever, which sounds a bit weird.

Thanks!
