Yes indeed.

But to be honest I think if you can stretch to it you'll be really happy with the the samyang rokinon 7.5mm

Not sure how Samyang could be better by any stretch because this lens is as good as Panny 12-32mm already.

I have a little generic cctv lens that I love that creates circular fisheyes but it doesn't cover that much of the m43 sensor.

Maybe it was designed for 1 inch sensor camera?

But once I got the samyang, my jaw dropped.

The detail it captures is unreal.

Wide-open or stopped down?

Again, I can't tell if they were shot with aperture stopped down. My lens is also sharp when stopped down (see my latest comparison).
