Is the PEN-f the Nikon Df of our format?

I just saw an article in m43rumors.com, and the editor begins with the statement: "The PEN-F is a camera that polarized the 43 community"...

I don't think this is true. It might be controversial, mostly because of lack of weather sealing, and high price, but to call it that it polarized us, I think is over the board.

It remembers me the same reaction the Nikon Df had upon introduction. This is not the case here, I believe. The PEN-f have very valid and useful features for the street shooter, and particularly the JPEG user. All those film profiles reminds me Fuji implementation of film types. And Olympus was lacking a real rangefinder type of camera. A product that Panasonic nailed with the GX7 years ago.

I'd say is a direct competition to the Fujis.
