I don't process sequences per se but in any soccer match I'll see several where the key player(s) remain in focus approaching or heading away from the camera. This is in high burst+CAF, which delivers 9fps with native lenses, about 6fps with 4/3 lenses. Focus will "breathe" at times, losing and reacquiring lock--something virtually all cameras do. There's a CAF lock setting that adjusts how easily the camera will shift to a different subject. Am still mastering that one and not entirely sure which setting is best for my needs.

Don Parrot's dog race threads are worth seeking out, as he's good at demonstrating E-M1 CAF.
