Ok, you caught me...  I didn't want to admit it, as I was a little embarrassed.  But I totally forgot to turn of IS for the first series of exposures.  I caught it, and then shot again without IS, and I think things were just a hair better, but that difference seemed smaller than the difference in the overall shot when the reflections of the water changed unfavorably.
