A7R ii vs D810 dynamic range at low ISO

I've been looking at the dynamic range comparison between the D810 and A7R II (as well as the 5Ds R).

The D810 seems surprisingly better than the A7R II, which is surprising given that the sensor in the Sony is newer and uses IBIS. I know the lower base ISO (64) of the Nikon gives it an edge here, but I didnt expect it to be so much.

Is this behavior also seen by people who've used both of these cameras?
