EPSON STYLUS PRO 4880 Margins

Hi I am using an EPSON STYLUS PRO 4880. I am printing on premium luster roll paper 260. I am using Photoshop and Illustrator. The print settings are the same for the software packages and the properties of the printer, the issue I'm having is with the margins.

Eg: The image is 400.00mm width and 610.mm length. The length is not an issue.

The width of my roll paper is 420.00mm

So I have 20mm to play with yet the margin on one side of the paper is 8mm and the other 2mm, cutting off part of the image on the 2mm side.

Even when I select borderless, the margin at 8mm stays the same but prints no margins on the other side, still cuting off the image.

The centre image option is also selected.

How do I equalise the margins or even print borderless without margins appearing?

I tried reloading the paper again, this made no difference.

I contacted Epson, sent screen captures and they confirmed that the settings are correct but they're taking too long to find a solution.

One more thing, the margins option is greyed out in the properties window.

I hope someone can help.
