Can I Take This Kind of Shots?

First of all, I'll try to do my best to explain in english what I want. My english is kind of weak.

I like portraits but not the ones that you prepare for. I mean it should be an instant shot, candid if that is the right word. This is related to my interest of street photography. I recently seen someone on Flickr. I'd love to take shots like he does. Detail and bokeh is pretty nice imo. He uses 6D + 135mm f/2 L.

I know the basics. If you use the same lens you get shallower depth of field with a full frame sensor because you are closer to the model than you are with a crop sensor.

The problem is that I can't afford 6d+135 f/2 or any full frame camera. I wish I could get the same amount of bokeh but apparently I can't in my situation. My question is; would images created by a crop camera look close to these? I mean not extremely close, but close

6D is better at details, skin tones, iso performance, amount of bokeh etc. and 135 F/2 is simply awesome.

What about 100D + 85mm 1.8 or 100mm f/2?

100D is alright I guess. I have to be happy with it anyway.

How much bokeh can I get from 85mm on a crop body compared to 135mm on a full frame body? Focal length is shorter and therefore bokeh will be lower. The distance to model is the same. Aperture is a little bit wider at 1.8 but nothing drastic. Can we say a crop body with 85mm at f/2 produces the same amount of bokeh a full frame body produces at f/2.8? 100mm F/2 will produce the same amount of bokeh I think. By the way, which lens do you prefer in terms of bokeh quality? 85mm has CA problem at 1.8, because of that I am closer to 100mm actually.

Sorry if the post is so long. I wanted to be clear. I hope it isn't inappropriate to include photos without their permission.
