I'm hoping to purchase the Metabones EF to M43 Ultra 0.71x with the Sigma 18-35mm 1.8 for my Panasonic Lumix GH2.

The only information I can find on this set up is for the GH4, because the crop factors are so different between both cameras I'm unsure if I will get too much vignetting on the GH2 sensor. GH2 has a crop factor of 1.86 and the GH4 has a crop factor of 2.

Any ideas?

You're confusing "horizontal crop factor" with "diagonal crop factor". The GH2 has a diagonal crop factor of 2.0, just like the GH4's 4:3 still images. Diagonal CF is what matters. The 1.86 you list for the GH2 sounds like the horizontal FoV crop factor when shooting 16:9 (video), which only looks at the horizontal field of view, and ignores the vertical FOV. So you will get the same vignetting on the GH2 as the GH4, if you compare the GH2 vs the GH4's 4:3 stills.

However, the GH4's 16:9 HD diagonal CF is closer to 2.16, vs the GH2's 2.0. (The GH4's 4K diagonal CF is even higher, but that's not fair comparing that to the GH2's HD.) Whether you'll see the difference between the GH4's 2.16x and the GH2's 2.0x CF vignetting in video? I don't have any of them to test.

As a total guess, it should be fine from 21-35mm range. There might be higher vignetting in the 18-20mm range.
