SOOOOOOO many options!
2

An EOS M or EOS M3 (depending on your preferences) and the EF-M 22mm f/2. If you wanted to add another lens with a little bulk you could add the EF to EF-M adapter and either the 40mm f/2.8 STM pancake or 50mm f/1.8 STM. Those will add some bulk, but not a ton of weight.

Another option would be any of these primes: 24mm f/2.8 IS USM, 28mm f/2.8 IS USM, or 35mm f/2 IS USM. These all have the advantage of being lightweight, relatively small, and stabilized. The 35 is the largest of the 3 but still isn't large. Additional options are the two pancake lenses (alone or together), the EF-S 24mm f/2.8 and/or EF 40mm f/2.8.

Another option would be to buy a Nikon Coolpix A. It's been discontinued and they SIGNIFICANTLY dropped the price before discontinuing it. If you could find one new or used, cheap, it might be an option, even as a second camera.

Personally, I'd probably go with either the 24 IS or the 28 IS and my second lens would either be the 35 IS (if I chose the 24 IS as the first lens), 40 STM or 50 STM.
